Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration.mstoronto@congrex.com.

Participants may cancel within 14 days of registering. This right is forfeited if the participant attends the congress before the 14-day period expires.

Correction of spelling errors or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission are subject to a $10 USD fee.

Name changes are permitted until October 14, 2026. Each name charge is subject to a $50 USD handling fee.

To register another participant, log in or create an account using your own name and email address. Do not use another person’s credentials.

After logging in, select “Individual Registration” and begin the process. When asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else, select “Someone Else”, then enter the participant’s email address along with their name and address details. Continue to complete the registration.

This ensures you are listed as the registration owner (contact person), and the invoice will be issued exclusively to you.

Group participant information can be entered under “Group Registration”, either by adding participants individually or by uploading a name list.

To upload a name list, click “Import” and select “Get Template.” Complete the Excel file, ensuring all columns marked with an * are filled in, as these are mandatory. Once completed, upload the file to import the data.

After all participant details have been entered, registration tickets must be assigned to each participant by selecting “Allocate.”

Registrations may be purchased without full group details prior to the early bird deadline. However, by September 30, 2026, all participant information must be entered or uploaded, and all purchased registrations must be assigned through your group registration account.

Registration confirmations can be sent to your participants through your group account. Please select “Group Registration” and then “Confirmation.” The registration team will not send confirmations directly to participants.

Registered participants may request a visa invitation letter through their registration account under the “Visa Letter” tab. Invitation letters are issued only after registration is complete and full payment has been received.

We recommend beginning the visa application process for entry into Canada as early as possible. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable visa and travel requirements. The invitation letter is provided solely to support your visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. ACTRIMS has no influence over the visa process or its outcomes. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of a visa denial.

Access to MSToronto2026 is only possible with your personal name badge. Please wear your badge at all times within the meeting space at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

A unique barcode is included in your registration confirmation to facilitate onsite badge printing.
