• Sponsorship opportunities include Brain Exchange Community Discussions, Pre-Day, Patient Community Day, and numerous branding and advertising opportunities within the Exhibition Hall and throughout the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
• Exhibit space is available in an assortment of booth sizes ranging from 10×10 to 50×50 sq. ft.
• Business Suites are custom-built in the Exhibition Hall and designed for small group meetings and one-on-one conversations.
• Outside the Exhibition Hall, two Executive Suites are available offering a unique, professional setting where Delegates can visit and engage with Industry Supporters. Executive Suite sponsors may also purchase a Business Suite. Both Business Suites and Executive Suites are available exclusively to exhibiting organizations that have purchased an exhibit booth 20 x 20 sq. ft. or larger.
• Industry Showcases are 20-minute presentations highlighting corporate MS initiatives, such as efforts to improve treatment access, raise awareness through media and advocacy, and share research innovations. Industry Showcases may also cover relevant research and data related to a specific drug, product, device, or service. Up to nine slots are available and will take place in the Industry Showcase Theater within the exhibition.
• Up to 14 Industry Supported Satellite Symposium and Non-CE Presentation slots are available. Satellite Symposia offering certified continuing education (CE) credits are preferred; however, certification is not required to host Non-CE Presentations. Learn more.
