Thank you for presenting a poster at MSToronto2026. Please review the information below carefully to ensure your poster complies with all presentation requirements.
Poster Presentation Requirements
Presenters are requested to be present at their poster during the designated Poster Session.
Please ensure that your poster is mounted and removed according to the published schedule. Additional details regarding poster session times will be provided in the Final Program.

Suggested Poster Layout
To improve readability and consistency, consider organizing your poster using the following sections:
- Title
- Authors and Affiliations
- Introduction
- Objectives / Aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Disclosure Statement
Poster Design Guidelines
Disclosure Requirements
Disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources is mandatory. Examples include:
- Grant support
- Consulting relationships
- Advisory board membership
- Speakers bureau participation
- Other relevant financial relationships
- Please include a one-sentence disclosure statement for each listed author.
Readability
- Use a bold, highly visible title.
- Content should be easily readable from approximately 6 feet (2 meters) away.
- Use charts, figures, illustrations, and photographs where appropriate to enhance understanding.
- Ensure the poster is self-contained and understandable without verbal explanation.
Content Restrictions
Posters must not include:
- Commercial logos
- Company names
- Brand names
- Proprietary drug names
Handouts and Supporting Materials
Presenters are encouraged to bring handouts or supplementary materials for distribution to interested attendees.
Poster Mounting and Removal
Poster Numbers
- Poster boards will be labeled with poster numbers.
- Your assigned poster number will be included in your notification letter.
- Mounting materials will be provided onsite.
IMPORTANT
- Please adhere strictly to the designated mounting and removal times.
- Posters that remain on display after the scheduled removal period will be removed and discarded.
Poster Printing Service
ACTRIMS and ECTRIMS have partnered with Genigraphics to offer poster printing and onsite delivery for MSToronto2026. Order your poster by one of the deadlines below, and it will be printed and delivered directly to the meeting for convenient onsite pickup.
Order Deadlines
- Plan Ahead Deadline: 11:00 PM CT on Thursday, October 1, 2026
- Rush Deadline: 1:00 PM CT on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (rush fee applies)
Presenters who order through Genigraphics are responsible for all printing and shipping costs. Posters will be delivered directly to the Congress venue and available for onsite pickup. Genigraphics also provides complimentary poster templates to help you prepare your presentation.

Electronic Posters (ePosters)
In addition to your printed poster, all presenters are required to submit an electronic version (ePoster).
ePoster Information
- Submission instructions will be distributed separately in September.
- ePosters will be available for viewing throughout the Congress:
- On dedicated ePoster display screens onsite
- Through the digital Congress platform
Additional technical specifications and upload instructions will be provided in a separate communication.
