Speaker Presentation Information
Thank you for participating in MSToronto2026. Please review the information below carefully to ensure your presentation meets accreditation requirements and is submitted on time.
Disclosure of Financial Relationships
Disclosures must be submitted ahead of the Congress by all faculty and abstract oral presenters. You do not need to include a disclosure slide in your presentation.
MSToronto2026 has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Interstate Postgraduate Medical Association (IPMA) and ACTRIMS. IPMA is accredited by ACCME to provide continuing education for physicians.
All faculty members are required to disclose all financial relationships that have occurred in the past 24 months with ineligible companies.
Action Required
- Complete your disclosure form as soon as possible.
- Disclosure forms must be submitted prior to the Congress.
- A disclosure slide is not required in your presentation.

Presentation Submission
Important Deadline
Presentations must be submitted by Friday, September 25, 2027, for review and approval by the Continuing Education (CE) provider.
After approval, only minor updates will be permitted. Any revisions must be re-submitted no later than 6:00 PM ET on the day before your session.
Additional details regarding presentation upload will be provided in early September.
Presentation Requirements
Please follow these guidelines when preparing your presentation:
File Preparation
- Save all presentation files, including videos, in a single folder.
- Prepare your presentation in 16:9 widescreen format.
- Use high-contrast color combinations for readability (e.g., light text on dark backgrounds or dark text on light backgrounds).
- Ensure text remains legible when viewed from a distance.
- Avoid complex animations.
- Configure videos to play automatically when the slide appears.
Software Compatibility
- Windows 7–10 supported.
- PowerPoint 2003–2016 and Microsoft 365 supported.
- PowerPoint 2013 or later is recommended.

- An MSToronto2026 slide template is available here. It is not required to use this template.
How to Submit Your Presentation
Before the Congress
Presentations should be uploaded through the Congress’ secure web-based presentation management system.
- Upload instructions will be emailed approximately four weeks before the meeting.
- Presentations submitted through the secure server will be reviewed by the CE provider.
Updated Presentations
Minor updates may be submitted:
- Through the secure upload system before the Congress.
- Onsite at the Speakers’ Service Center (SSC) using a USB drive or your personal laptop.
Speakers' Service Center (SSC)
All speakers should visit the SSC:
- The day before their presentation, or
- At least two hours before their scheduled session.
At the SSC, you can:
- Upload or verify your presentation.
- Review and rehearse your slides.
- Make approved minor updates.
- Receive assistance from presentation technicians.
Technicians will ensure your presentation is properly transferred to the presentation network.
In the Session Room
Presentation rooms are equipped to display PowerPoint presentations only via the Congress network.
Please note:
- Your presentation will be available at the lectern.
- Presenter Notes included in PowerPoint will be visible to you at the lectern.
- A control panel and mouse will be provided for slide advancement.
- Personal laptops cannot be connected in the session rooms.
- Presentation changes cannot be made in the lecture room by either the speaker or the technician.
