If credit card payment is not possible, you may request to pay by bank transfer. An invoice will be issued for the total amount due. Please complete your registration up to the payment step and contact the MSToronto2026 Registration Team at registration.mstoronto@congrex.com.

Bank transfers are accepted until September 23, 2026. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Per booking, a handling fee of 3% applies.

A different invoice address can be added separately during the registration process. Please note that a change of invoice address after having completed your booking is subject to a $30 USD handling fee.

To proceed with your group registration, please log in or create a profile using your name and email address via the registration link above.

Once logged in, select the “Group Registration” tab and follow the steps below.

  1. Purchase registration tickets by selecting the number of tickets required for each category. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or by bank transfer (only available until September 23, 2026.) A different invoice address can be added separately. After completing this step, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
  2. Individual participant data can be entered under “Add Participants.” Participants may be added individually or uploaded as a name list. To upload a name list, click “Import” and select “Get Template.” Complete the Excel template, ensuring that all mandatory fields marked with an * are filled in. Once completed, upload the file to import the participant data.
  3. Once the participant data has been entered, the registration tickets must be assigned to each participant. To do this, click “Distribution” and allocate the tickets accordingly.

Group No-Name Registration
It is possible to purchase registrations without having all group members’ details before the early bird deadline. However, by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, you must enter or upload the details of all group members and assign the purchased registrations through your group registration account.

Registration confirmations can be sent to your participants directly from your account by selecting “Group Registration” and then “Registration Confirmations.” Please note that the registration team will not actively send confirmations to your participants.

Navigating the registration process is simple with our step-by-step tutorial video, which guides you through each stage of the process.

To register another participant, log in or create an account using your own name and email address. Do not use another person’s credentials.

After logging in, select “Individual Registration” and begin the process. When asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else, select “Someone Else,” then enter the participant’s email address along with their name and address details. Continue to complete the registration.

This ensures you are listed as the registration owner (contact person), and the invoice will be issued exclusively to you.

Please note that children under the age of 18 are not permitted to accompany MSToronto2026 delegates.

There are no passes for accompanying persons available. Anyone wishing to access the meeting venue must hold a valid MSToronto2026 registration.

Registered participants may request a visa invitation letter through their registration account under the “Visa Invitation Letter” tab. Invitation letters are issued only after registration is complete and full payment has been received.

We recommend beginning the visa application process for entry into Canada as early as possible. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable visa and travel requirements. The invitation letter is provided solely to support your visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. ACTRIMS has no influence over the visa process or its outcomes. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of a visa denial.

Access to MSToronto2026 is only possible with your personal name badge. Please wear your badge at all times within the meeting space at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

A unique barcode is included in your registration confirmation to facilitate onsite badge printing.
