Deadline to submit final agenda noting any faculty or agenda changes since the April 10, 2026 submission. Note that any faculty changes will require review/approval from the Scientific Program Committee Co-Chairs. ACTRIMS will review faculty across all sessions to confirm there are not any scheduling conflicts.
July 2026
Satellite Symposium and Non-CE Presentation room floor plans with details on seating set up and the stage will be available via the Satellite Symposium & Non-CE Presentation Portal

ACTRIMS will confirm designated rehearsal date, time, and location
August 20, 2026
Deadline to complete Industry Session Enhancement Online Order Form to receive the Advance Order Rate.
August 21, 2026
Late fees apply to Industry Session Enhancement orders
August 26, 2026
Deadline to redeem up to six complimentary Delegate registrations included with sponsorship. Four complimentary Vendor registrations are also included and must be processed by this date.

MTCC Food & Beverage – deadline to submit initial outreach with general requirements and preliminary attendance estimates

Deadline to submit draft sign design to ACTRIMS for approval prior to production.
